How much does it cost?

Try out Invoices Made Easy completely free. Registration only takes a couple of minutes and no credit card information is required. After the free 30 day trial, Invoices Made Easy only costs $5/month (billed quarterly).

Invoices Made Easy also offers a few "Add On" services that have an additional cost associated with them. Those services are listed below.

EasyMail

You can always print and mail invoices yourself for no additional charge. However, Invoices Made Easy's EasyMail service allows you to mail paper invoices with the click of a button. When you send an invoice via our EasyMail service the invoice is queued in our system to be automatically printed and mailed for you. You choose which invoices to print yourself, and which invoices to send via EasyMail. Each invoice you send via EasyMail requires one EasyMail credit, which can be purchased for as little as $1.00 each! That's right, Invoices Made Easy's will print your invoice, stuff in in an envelope, apply postage, and mail it to your customer - all for as little as $1.00!

Online Payments

Invoices Made Easy does not charge for set up or use of Online Payment functionality. However, in order to use our Online Payment functionality you must obtain a credit card processing account from a 3rd party. Pricing will vary depending on who you choose to process your payments.
